Core Responsibilities
The selected individual will be responsible for leading the bank’s learning and development strategy. Key duties include:
- Developing and executing the Annual Training Plan and managing the associated budget.
- Overseeing the design, development, and regular update of all training materials and manuals.
- Facilitating executive coaching and high-impact action learning for mid to senior-level management.
- Exploring and implementing E-Learning and technology-based training solutions.
- Calculating and reporting on the Return on Training Investment (ROTI).
- Managing employee engagement activities and developing initiatives to enhance the bank’s employer brand.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered.
Experience:
- A minimum of 08 years of professional experience in HR or Training & Development.
- At least 03 years of experience in a mid to senior-level management role.
- Experience in the financial services industry is highly preferred.
Education:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s degree (MBA, HRM, Public Administration, etc.).
- HR certifications such as SHRM, CHRP, or CHRM will be a significant advantage.
Location & Compensation
This is a full-time position based at the Bank of Khyber Head Office in Peshawar. A competitive, market-based remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate.
