The Government of Sindh has announced vacant positions for qualified, experienced, and professional individuals. Applications are invited within 15 days of publication of this advertisement. Appointments will be made on a contract basis for an initial period of two (02) years, extendable subject to satisfactory performance.

Available Positions, Qualifications & Experience

1. Director Cyber Security (01 Post)

Age Limit: Up to 50 years
Qualification:

MSc in Cyber Security / Computer Science

Experience & Skills:

Minimum 10 years’ experience in Information Security or Cyber Security
Expertise in organizational cyber security policies, digital forensics, malware analysis, cyber incident investigation, development and implementation

2. Director Data Center Management (01 Post)

Age Limit: Up to 50 years
Qualification:

MSc in Computer Science / IT / Information Systems

Experience & Skills:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in data center operations, infrastructure or IT operations
Data center design, operations, and lifecycle management
Servers, storage systems, virtualization platforms, backup & recovery solutions
Network infrastructure cabling and connectivity
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, VMware, Microsoft, AWS or equivalent will be preferred

3. Director AI Hub (01 Post)

Age Limit: Up to 50 years
Qualification:

Master’s degree in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, or Software Engineering

Experience & Skills:

Minimum 10 years’ experience in AI, Data Science, advanced analytics, or emerging technologies
Expertise in designing, developing, and implementing AI/ML solutions at enterprise or national level
Experience in establishing and managing AI Centers of Excellence, innovation hubs, or research units

4. Director Software & Application Management (01 Post)

Age Limit: Up to 50 years
Qualification:

MS in Software Engineering

Experience & Skills:

Minimum 10 years’ experience in software development, application management, and IT systems management
Planning, development, implementation, and lifecycle management of software applications

5. AI Hub Staff (16 Posts)

Age Limit: Up to 30 years
Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Data Science / AI

Skills:

Programming languages: Java, Python, R, C++
Knowledge of AI/ML, machine learning, deep learning, neural networks
Familiarity with tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn

6. Technical Supervisor (Electrical) (04 Posts)

Age Limit: Up to 40 years
Qualification:

Relevant degree with electrical installation and maintenance background

Experience & Skills:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in LT/HT systems, power distribution, generators, UPS, solar systems
Knowledge of SOPs, safety standards, load management, electrical drawings, SLDs

7. Application Management Technician (03 Posts)

Age Limit: Up to 40 years
Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Software Engineering

Experience & Skills:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in application deployment, configuration, maintenance, user support
Application troubleshooting, monitoring, performance support
Level-1 and Level-2 application support

8. Equipment Maintenance & Repair Technician (03 Posts)

Age Limit: Up to 40 years
Qualification:

DAE (Electrical / Electronics)

Experience & Skills:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in maintenance and repair
Preventive and corrective maintenance, safety SOP compliance

9. Cyber Security Technician (03 Posts)

Age Limit: Up to 40 years
Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security / IT / Computer Science

Experience & Skills:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in cyber security operations
Network security monitoring, incident handling
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, backup & recovery
