Sindh Jobs at SRSO NGO 2026, The Sindh Rural Support Organization (SRSO) has announced several vacancies for its district-level projects. These positions are focused on health, family planning, and data management, offering a chance to contribute to rural development in Sindh.

1. District Project Officer (DPO)

Education: Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, Rural Development, or relevant field.
Experience: 2–3 years in health/family planning with NGOs or government programs.
Gender: Female.
Key Role: Lead project planning, coordinate with LSOs/Government departments, and ensure target achievement in Kamber Shahdadkot and Larkana.

2. Lady Health Visitor (LHV)

Education: Bachelor’s Degree with LHV/FWW Diploma and valid PNC registration.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in family planning or reproductive health services.
Gender: Female.
Key Role: Conduct community outreach, provide contraceptive counseling, screen clients, and facilitate training for Community Resource Persons (CRPs).

3. MIS Assistant

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
Experience: At least 1 year in data management or MIS.
Gender: Both (Male/Female).
Key Role: Maintain data filing systems, perform data cleaning/entry, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and manage office fixed assets.

General Terms & Requirements

Duty Station: SRSO District Offices in Kamber Shahdadkot and Larkana.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (for MIS) and excellent linguistic skills in Sindhi and Urdu.
