- Master’s degree in a relevant field is essential.
- At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years in a senior management capacity.
- Proven experience with USAID/US Department of State funded projects is a must.
- Familiarity with administrative procurement and office operations, ensuring strict adherence to rules.
- Demonstrated ability to create and manage vital HR systems including:
- Compensation and benefits administration
- Performance management frameworks
- Staff onboarding and exit procedures
- A solid understanding of Pakistan labor laws is required.
- Experience with organizational security policies is a plus.
- Outstanding coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills are vital.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HR management systems is expected.
