ZTBL is seeking to fill the following contractual positions. All roles require a minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institute.
AVP Level Positions (Assistant Vice President)
- Senior Data Analyst/DBA (AVP): This role requires a professional with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. The key responsibilities include leading the design and development of applications using ASP.NET Core, implementing advanced data mining techniques, and managing SQL packages and database scripts. The ideal candidate will be a bridge between data analytics and application development, supporting critical business decisions.
- Senior Auditor/Team Lead (AVP): With a requirement of at least 8 years of relevant experience, this position is central to the bank’s technology audit function. The role involves planning and executing risk-based audits of technology and application controls, reviewing software source code (including ASP.NET), and developing Computer-Assisted Audit Techniques (CAATs).
- Financial Analyst (AVP): This position demands a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for in-depth analysis of business and financial data, preparing reports for the Board Audit Committee (BAC), and reviewing and improving internal processes and policies.
- Pool Manager – Islamic Banking (AVP/VP): Requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in Finance or Islamic Banking Pool Management, this specialist will manage deposit and treasury pools according to SBP and Shariah guidelines. Key duties include profit computation and distribution, tagging of assets, and analyzing market trends for Shariah-compliant investments.
OG-I Level Positions (Officer Grade-I)
- Islamic Shariah Auditor (OG-I): This role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. The auditor will assist in creating the annual Shariah audit plan, conduct audits of Islamic banking operations, draft reports, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and Shariah principles.
- Auditor/Team Member (OG-I): With a need for 8 professionals having at least 5 years of relevant experience, these roles are the backbone of the internal audit team. Responsibilities include executing audits, identifying gaps with SBP policies, analyzing audit reports, and assessing risk management and governance processes.
- Commercial Auditor (OG-I): This position, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience, acts as a crucial liaison for commercial audit processes. The role involves coordinating with internal departments and external auditors, preparing working papers for DAC/PAC meetings, and ensuring compliance with ministry directives.
- Internal Audit Quality Assurance Analyst (OG-I/AVP): This hybrid role, open for two candidates with at least 5 years of experience, focuses on ensuring the quality of the audit function itself. Key duties include reviewing audit reports for quality, monitoring compliance with the internal audit plan, and preparing reports for the Board Audit Committee.
- Investigator/Inquiry Officer (OG-I): Two positions are available for individuals with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. These officers will analyze complaints, conduct inquiries and investigations, gather evidence, and identify gaps in policies and procedures to strengthen internal controls.
Eligibility & Application Process
