Academic Posts – Faisalabad & Karachi Campuses
NTU is seeking a large number of faculty members. At the Faisalabad Campus, this includes Professors (BPS-21) in Textile Engineering, Clothing, and Chemistry; Associate Professors (BPS-20) in Textile Engineering and Computer Science; a large number of Assistant Professors (BPS-19) in Textile Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, and Chemistry; and Lecturers (BPS-18) in Computer Science, Management, Design, and Arts.
At the Karachi Campus, the university is hiring Assistant Professors (BPS-19) in Textile Management & Marketing, Textile Engineering, and Fashion Design, as well as Lecturers (BPS-18) in Computer Science, Textile Engineering, and Fashion Design.
Senior Non-Academic Posts – Faisalabad Campus (BPS-17 and above)
The university is strengthening its leadership and professional teams. This includes a Dean/Director QEC (BPS-21), a Director R&D (ORIC) (BPS-21), and a Director Finance (BPS-20). Other key roles include an Internal Auditor (BPS-18), a team of IT professionals including a Software and Application Developer, a Senior System Analyst & DBA, and a Software Engineer (all equivalent to BPS-17). The administration requires an Assistant Registrar (BPS-17) and a Medical Officer (Max age 50). The technical wings are being expanded with a large number of Lab Engineers (BPS-17) across various engineering disciplines and a Lab In-charge (BPS-17). A Web Developer (equivalent to BPS-16) and a Deputy Warden (Boys Hostels) (BPS-16) are also needed.
Junior Non-Academic Posts – Faisalabad & Karachi Campuses
A vast and diverse range of junior staff is required.
- Faisalabad Campus: This includes an Assistant Admission Officer (BPS-16), an Assistant Officer Budget & Finance (BPS-16), an Office Assistant (Eqv. to BPS-15), a Supervisor (BPS-14), a Senior Clerk (BPS-13), three Junior Clerks (BPS-11), and Lab Assistants (BPS-11). A large number of technical staff are also needed, including a Senior Technician (BPS-11), a Senior Supervisor for the Telephone Exchange (BPS-10), and numerous Technicians (BPS-08) across all textile trades. The support staff includes a Lab Attendant (BPS-08), Junior Lab Assistants (Eqv. to Scale 06), a Mosque Servant/Moazzan (BPS-05), three Security Guards (BPS-04), and a number of Naib Qasids, Baildars, and a Sweeper (BPS-01).
- Karachi Campus: The Karachi campus requires an Assistant Director IT (BPS-17), a Lab Engineer (BPS-17), a Technician (BPS-08) for Drafting & Pattern Making, two Bus Drivers (BPS-04), and a Naib Qasid (BPS-01).
