1. HR Assistant (01 Position)

This is a key support role within the Human Resources department. The candidate must hold an MBA (HR) or a Graduation in a relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized institute. A substantial 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience is required, with a strong preference for candidates who have gained this experience in Local or International NGOs.

The job role is comprehensive and involves assisting in the overall HR management of the organization. This includes, but is not limited to, preparing lists, managing the hiring process, maintaining staff data, handling joiner/leaver records, addressing staff queries, and providing support for EOBI and payroll, all in accordance with the organization’s HR policies and procedures.

2. Procurement Assistant (01 Position)

This position is for the procurement department, responsible for managing the acquisition of goods and services. The candidate must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for a Master’s degree in Supply Chain or any relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized institution. A total of 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience is required. Proficiency with MS Office skills is mandatory.

The overall job role is to assist in the entire procurement process. This includes negotiating with vendors, tracking and managing purchases, maintaining inventory levels, and preparing essential procurement documents such as Requests for Quotations (RFQs), reports, and other necessary paperwork.
