PCSIR is seeking to fill one senior position on a contract basis.

Title: IT Specialist
Number of Posts: 01
Initial Place of Posting: PCSIR Labs. Complex, Karachi (transferable to any PCSIR lab in the country)
Maximum Age Limit: 62 years
Contract Duration: Initially for 12 months, extendable for another year based on satisfactory performance.

Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Candidates must meet one of the following two criteria:

Option A: A minimum of a Master’s degree (16 years of education) in IT/Computing or a relevant field, along with a minimum of ten (10) years of post-qualification experience.
OR
Option B: A Ph.D. degree in IT/Computing or a relevant field, along with a minimum of five (05) years of post-qualification experience.

Required Field & Technical Expertise:

Proven excellence in Database Management Systems, Data Analysis, and Report Development.
Preference will be given to candidates with adequate knowledge of Interactive Media Development, Information System Strategy, Computer Networking, Java Server Pages (JSP), HTML, SQL Server, Seagate Crystal Reports, and Visual Basic.

Academic Requirement: Candidates having any 3rd division in their academic career will not be considered.
