Headmistress
Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in English, Sciences, Early Childhood Education, or Educational Leadership (M.Ed., MA Education, or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years as Head of an Early Years and/or Primary School with a proven record of school improvement.
- At least 2-3 years in a subject coordinator or academic coordinator role.
- Minimum 5-8 years of progressive teaching experience at the Early Years and/or Primary level.
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong knowledge of early childhood and primary pedagogical practices.
- Effective communicator and a strong team leader.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- An empathetic, child-centered approach with an understanding of students’ academic and personal-social needs.
- Confident in managing school routines, parent relationships, and staff development.
- Proficient in using digital technologies and ICT for effective teaching and learning.
Preferred Certifications:
