- Position Title: Communication Manager
- Location: Karachi (80% based) with occasional travel (20%)
Key Responsibilities:
- Create compelling content for print, digital, and social media to raise awareness about reproductive health.
- Design and oversee the production of Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials (brochures, posters, videos).
- Support the organization of awareness campaigns, media events, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Liaise with local media and influencers to ensure positive coverage of project activities.
- Monitor media coverage and social media engagement analytics.
- Collaborate with field teams to document success stories, challenges, and community feedback.
- Maintain an organized archive of all communication materials and visuals.
- Assist in preparing reports, newsletters, and donor updates.
- Manage and maintain all of AMAN's social media platforms.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in communication roles, preferably within the health or development sector.
- Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a significant advantage.
- Fluency in both English and Urdu is required.
