Emergency & General Support Staff
This is the operational backbone of the organization, responsible for front-line services and logistical support. The positions available include Young Volunteers and Young Males for the ambulance service, experienced Drivers, and notably, “Tallest Persons” who are physically strong for ambulance lifting and other services. The support services also require Cooks and Cooks’ Assistants, Sweepers (Sanitation Workers), and Waiters for the Chhipa Kitchen. To maintain discipline and security, Discipliners and Security Guards are also needed. A special call is also made for individuals to assist with the Collection of Animal Skins during Eid-ul-Adha.
Creative & Media Staff
Chhipa is building a modern media team to enhance its communication and public outreach. The vacancies in this department include a Social Media Content Writer, a Freelance Creative Short Story Content Writer, a Creative Graphic Designer (minimum 2 years’ experience), a Creative Photographer for both indoor and outdoor assignments (minimum 2 years’ experience), a Creative Video Cameraman (minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a production house), and a Creative Video Editor. Additionally, Male/Female Office Assistants who are skilled in MS Office and MS Excel are required to support the media team.
Communication & Administrative Staff
To manage its head office operations and public interface, a large administrative and communication team is required. This includes an English Correspondent, Receptionist and Senior Receptionist, Telephone Operator and Senior Telephone Operator, Complaint Attendant, and a Reception Boy. Further administrative support roles include Office Assistant, Data Entry Operator, Home Duty Staff, and Office Boys. For field operations, Field Supervisors and Field Workers are also being recruited.
