Community Development Foundation CDF NGO Sindh Jobs 2026, The Community Development Foundation (CDF), in collaboration with the Sindh Education Foundation (SEF), has announced a walk-in interview for the position of Social Mobilizer. This role is specifically for the informal education and training center (AALTP) located in Goth Humayun Sharif, District Shikarpur.

The primary objective of this role is to engage with the local community to improve the attendance of enrolled children and promote the importance of education in the region.

Candidate Requirements & Eligibility

Prospective candidates must fulfill the following criteria to be considered for the position:

• Education: Minimum Intermediate Pass.
• Experience: Prior experience in community mobilization for educational promotion is required.
• Locality: The candidate must be a resident of Humayun Sharif or its surrounding villages.
• Social Skills: Must possess strong local connections and established community relationships.
• Advocacy: Must have a positive outlook and complete knowledge regarding girls' education.
• Awareness: Should be well-versed with the issues of out-of-school children.

Proposed Tasks & Responsibilities

The selected Social Mobilizer will be responsible for the following key activities:

• Ensuring the daily presence of children at the center.
• Counseling parents and facilitating the enrollment of new children.
• Conducting educational awareness sessions in various nearby villages.
• Collecting statistics and data regarding out-of-school children.
• Resolving daily operational issues encountered by the center.
