- Age Limit: 21 to 28 years (General age relaxation of up to 15 years may apply per Sindh Govt rules).
- Education: Graduation (2nd Division) from an HEC-recognized university.
- Technical Skills: * Shorthand speed of 120 wpm and Typing speed of 35 wpm.
- Certificates in Shorthand/Typing and MS Office from SBTE/STEVTA recognized institutes.
- Mandatory Test: Candidates must have passed the STS (Sukkur IBA) General Screening Test (Graduation and Matric categories) with the required minimum passing marks.
