Applications are invited for apprenticeship in the following trades.

2.Mechanical TechnicianMatric (Science) with Three Years DAE in Mechanical Technology.
3.Instrument TechnicianMatric (Science) with Three Years DAE in Instrument or Electronics Technologies.
4.Electrical TechnicianMatric (Science) with Three Years DAE in Electrical Technology.
5.Civil TechnicianMatric (Science) with Three Years DAE in Civil Technology.
6.Laboratory AnalystF.Sc. (Pre-Engineering).
7.Computer OperatorICS with a one-year IT Diploma OR a Three-year Diploma in IT.

General Eligibility Criteria

  • Age Limit: Candidates over 28 years of age as on February 5, 2026, are not eligible.
  • Academic Record: Candidates must have at least a 2nd division in Matric (Science).
  • Ineligibility:
    • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Engineering Degree holders are not eligible to apply.
    • Individuals who are already undergoing or have completed an apprenticeship in any industry need not apply.

Application Process: Your Step-by-Step Guide

The application process consists of two mandatory steps. Both must be completed.

Step 1: Apply on the FFC Career Portal (Deadline: October 26, 2025)

  1. Visit the FFC Career Portal: careers.ffc.com.pk
  2. Register and submit your bio-data and academic qualifications (SSC/HSSC/Diploma).
  3. Click the “I Accept” button under the Statement of Declaration.
  4. Select your desired trade (only one) by clicking “Apply” at the end of the relevant category.

Step 2: Apply for the NTS Written Test

  1. Visit the NTS website to register for the written test: www.nts.org.pk
  2. Candidates will be shortlisted and called by NTS to appear in a written test at the nearest available test center.
  3. You will have the option to appear in one of two tests scheduled by NTS on:
    • 1st Test Date: September 7, 2025
    • 2nd Test Date: October 5, 2025
  4. Pay the NTS test fee via 1Link 1Bill, ATM, Internet/Mobile Banking, Easypaisa, Jazz Cash, or TCS Express Counters by downloading the fee challan.

Crucial Note: Only candidates who qualify for the NTS Test AND have also applied on the FFC Career Portal will be called for the final interview.
