Position Title: Regional Field Manager
The Regional Field Manager will be responsible for overseeing field-level implementation, monitoring, and data validation across assigned districts of Sindh. The role plays a key part in ensuring high-quality program execution, accurate data reporting, and strong coordination with government health departments and implementing partners.
Key Responsibilities of Regional Field Manager
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Overseeing field implementation and monitoring activities in assigned districts
Ensuring accurate, timely, and validated data reporting
Coordinating closely with District Health Offices (DHOs), DDSRU Focal Persons, District TB Coordinators, and implementing partners
Supporting outbreak response and public health surveillance activities
Operationalizing the Collaborative, Learning, and Adaptive (CLA) approach by using field data to inform learning and program improvements
Strengthening coordination, supervision, and data-driven decision-making at district and facility levels
Required Qualifications and Experience
Candidates applying for Regional Field Manager jobs in Sindh must meet the following criteria:
MBBS, MPH, MSPH, MSc in Public Health, or Epidemiology
Minimum 7–10 years of progressively responsible experience in public health programs
Preference for experience in GHS, IDSR, and TB programs
Demonstrated expertise in implementation, field monitoring, supervision, and data quality assurance
Strong familiarity with Sindh public health systems, DHIS-2, IDSR, TB reporting structures, and outbreak response mechanisms
Prior experience working with an international organization on donor-funded projects is highly desirable
Technical and Professional Skills
Strong understanding of Global Health Security (GHS) frameworks, IDSR, and the 7-1-7 strategy
In-depth knowledge of TB program implementation, diagnostics, case-based surveillance, and referral systems
Proven skills in data validation, analysis, and interpretation
Proficiency in digital data collection tools, dashboards, and MS Office
Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and travel extensively within assigned districts
