The project aims to promote voice, choice, and protection for women, youth, minorities, and marginalized communities, focusing on issues such as gender-based violence, child protection, forced marriages, discrimination, and social inclusion. The program is supported by CARE International Pakistan.

Qualification & Experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Social Sciences or relevant field
- Degree must be from an HEC-recognized institution
- 4–5 years experience in community mobilization
- Preference for candidates with experience in gender-related programs or NGO sector
