1. Hydrographic Surveyor (KPT PS-08)

• No. of Posts: 02
• Age Limit: Maximum 30 years (General age relaxation of 5 years already included)
• Quota: Merit
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree along with Hydrographic Survey Technician Courses from a recognized Institution (International/National).
  • Minimum 05 years of professional experience in the Hydrographic Survey field.
  • Must possess sea survival skills.
  • Proficiency in modern survey equipment & software including Hypack, PDS, AutoCAD, and related applications.

2. Assistant Hydrographic Surveyor (KPT PS-06)

• No. of Posts: 01
• Age Limit: Maximum 30 years (General age relaxation of 5 years already included)
• Quota: Merit
• Qualification & Experience:
  • Intermediate / Diploma along with Hydrographic Survey Technician Courses from a recognized Institution (International/National).
  • Minimum 03 years of professional experience in the Hydrographic Survey field.
  • Must possess sea survival skills.
  • Proficiency in survey equipment & software such as Hypack, PDS, AutoCAD, etc.

General Terms & Conditions

i. General age relaxation of 5 years is already clubbed in the maximum age limit.
ii. Allowances will be admissible as per KPT Rules.
iii. Additional age relaxation for other categories will apply as per Government instructions.
iv. The posts are offered on a contract basis for 2 years, extendable on satisfactory performance.
v. Quotas will be observed as per Government policy:

• 10% for Women
• 5% for Minorities
• 2% for Disabled Persons (must provide disability registration certificate from Federal/Provincial Government).
  vi. Government servants should apply through proper channel and provide NOC at the time of interview.
  vii. Incomplete applications (missing CNIC, educational certificates, domicile, experience certificates, pay order, or NOC where applicable) will not be entertained.
  viii. Applications received after the due date will not be considered.
  ix. The envelope must clearly mention the name of the post applied for.
  x. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for test/interview.
  xi. KPT reserves the right to cancel or modify the recruitment process partially or completely at any stage.
  xii. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the test/interview.
  xiii. Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
