Required Qualifications & Vacancy Details

KSEW is seeking to fill the following positions on a contract basis.

Manager (MOF)

One position is available for a senior Manager. This is a leadership role requiring a candidate with a strong engineering qualification and extensive experience. The educational requirement is a BE, B.Tech, or DAE or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

The experience requirement is tiered based on the qualification:

BE holders: At least 8 to 10 years of experience.
B.Tech holders: At least 10 to 15 years of experience.
DAE holders: At least 15 to 20 years of experience.

This experience must be with heavy machinery and equipment, covering areas such as installation, commissioning, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Gas Turbines, Marine Diesel Engines, Marine Propulsion Systems, Diesel Generators, Boilers, and various other marine systems. Experience gained specifically in the Marine sector will be preferred. The candidate must also have a good knowledge of MS Office and the ability to lead a team. The maximum age for this position is 45 years.

Electrician

Four positions are open for skilled Electricians. The required qualification is a Matriculation or a DAE in Electrical. Candidates must have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a relevant field. A strong preference will be given to candidates who hold a wireman license, as this demonstrates certified technical competence. The maximum age limit for applicants is 45 years.
