  • Highlight Your World Bank/Donor Experience: This is a primary requirement for all roles. Any experience you have with projects funded by the World Bank, IFC, ADB, or AIIB is your most valuable asset and must be the central focus of your application.
  • Your Cover Letter IS Your Application: This is not a standard job application. The “Covering Letter” is your formal Expression of Interest. Use it to make a compelling case for your suitability, linking your experience directly to the project’s needs as outlined in the TORs.
  • Physical Submission and Timing: Remember, this is a courier submission. Do not email your application. Ensure you dispatch it with enough time for it to arrive at the PECHS office before the deadline on August 22, 2025.
  • Quantify Your Experience: For procurement roles, mention the value and complexity of contracts you have managed. For the OHS role, specify the scale of the construction projects you have overseen and your achievements in reducing incident rates.
