The Karachi Water & Sewerage Services Improvement Project (KWSSIP-II) is seeking skilled consultants for key roles in its Project Implementation Unit (PIU). Backed by the World Bank (IBRD) and the Government of Sindh, this initiative aims to overhaul Karachi’s essential services. We are looking for top-tier experts to lead critical transformations within the utility corporation, offering two unique opportunities.

Available Positions

1. Director Change Management: Requires an 18-year Master’s degree in disciplines like Organizational Development or Business Administration, plus 15-20 years of experience implementing change frameworks in large organizations. Certification (PROSCI/ACMP) is a strong advantage.
2. Manager Technical & Engineering: Requires a minimum of 20 years of experience, including 5 years in management, overseeing substantial civil or mechanical projects funded by MDBs. A Civil/Environmental Engineering Master’s degree and strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts are essential.

Salary Details
Compensation for these individual consultant opportunities will be finalized based on experience and qualifications, following standard World Bank guidelines for procurement.
