We are on the lookout for exceptionally qualified individuals to fill our General Manager (Electronics) position. Ideal candidates will possess a BE/B.Sc. (Engg) (1st Division), MS/M.Sc. (Engg) (1st Division), or a Ph.D. in a relevant field, coupled with significant post-qualification experience ranging from 8 to 13 years, depending on the academic qualification. Preference will be given to candidates with expertise in areas such as Project Management (especially Erection Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Civil Works), Process Automation, Instrumentation & Control, Contract & Conflict Management, Quality Management, Production Planning & Control, and Technical Scrutiny of Suppliers & Vendors.
For the Chargeman (Aero Engine) role, we invite applications from retired Armed Forces Personnel of the rank of CWO/WO/AWO or equivalent, who hold a 03-Years Diploma of Associate Engineer (1st Division) in the relevant field. A minimum of 04 years of relevant post-qualification experience is required. While strict academic divisions are generally enforced (e.g., only one 2nd Division allowed for GM candidates, no 3rd Division), relaxation in division or marks may be granted for candidates possessing exceptional, over and above experience in their respective fields, demonstrating our recognition of practical expertise.
