Required Qualifications & Vacancy Details

NIBAF requires the services of one professional for the following contract-based position.

Post: E-Learning Expert
Location: NIBAF Pakistan, Islamabad
Contract Duration: The initial contract will be for six months and is extendable.

Your Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3–4 years of relevant professional experience in developing and delivering digital content according to quality standards.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

  • LMS Management: Proven experience in managing the content and technical functionality of a Learning Management System (LMS), such as Moodle.
  • Instructional Design & Strategy: Advise on interactive and gamified learning strategies. Work with instructional designers and subject matter experts to align training materials with learning objectives.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in animation, graphics, UX/UI principles, and proficiency in tools such as Genially, Level Up, and H5P.
  • Technical Standards: Strong knowledge of SCORM/XAPI standards and experience with multi-platform delivery (web, mobile, offline).
  • Vendor Coordination: Act as a key liaison with external vendors and educational technology service providers to ensure seamless integration, delivery, and technical compatibility of content.
  • Quality Assurance: Support and advise on quality assurance processes and monitoring and evaluation mechanisms for all e-learning outputs.
