Job Summary
The Project Coordinator will lead initiatives focused on governance, anti-corruption awareness, capacity building, and advocacy campaigns. The incumbent will coordinate research, workshops, surveys, and reporting activities, ensuring high-quality outputs that support TI Pakistan’s mission of a corruption-free Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will:
- Research & Policy Development
- Produce high-quality research, surveys, and studies on governance and anti-corruption issues.
- Draft policy papers, briefs, and recommendations to strengthen accountability frameworks.
- Workshops & Awareness Programs
- Conduct awareness workshops for youth, women, citizens, and civil society organizations.
- Organize training sessions on Good Governance, Social Accountability, Right to Information, and Anti-Corruption practices.
- Conduct capacity-building sessions for business sector and public sector organizations on ethics and integrity.
- Advocacy & Campaigns
- Design advocacy material on governance and anti-corruption laws.
- Organize campaigns to raise awareness on integrity and citizen participation.
- Monitoring & Reporting
- Collate information from monitoring activities.
- Assist in drafting quarterly project reports and donor reporting.
- Support data analysis and report writing tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Academic Qualification
- Master’s degree from an accredited university in Social Sciences, Public Policy, Development Studies, or related fields.
Experience
- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant work experience in the social development sector.
- Prior experience in conducting workshops/trainings and working with Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of governance, accountability, transparency, and anti-corruption issues in Pakistan.
Skills
- Excellent research, survey, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel across Pakistan for project activities.
