The ideal candidate should have a Master’s degree or a 4-years Bachelor’s degree (or an equivalent foreign qualification) from an HEC-recognized university in the fields of Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or other related disciplines. This academic foundation must be complemented by a minimum of fifteen (15) years of overall relevant work experience, with at least eight (08) years spent in senior management, decision-making, or key leadership positions. The maximum age for applicants is 50 years. Beyond the technical qualifications, the role requires an individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading teams and engaging with high-level stakeholders.
