Mandatory Supervisory Role Experience: The required supervisory experience must be in roles such as Drilling Superintendent, Driller, Tool Pusher, Night Tool Pusher, Company Man, or Well Site Leader.

Key Expertise Required

Candidates must possess hands-on knowledge and expertise in:

Implementing safety protocols and safe work practices.
Well-Site Supervision during all phases of well execution.
Directional / Horizontal Drilling.
Managing High Pressure / Temperature (HP/HT) wells.
Loss control in highly fractured zones.
Stuck pipe and fishing operations.
Drilling wells with UBD/MPD (Underbalanced/Managed Pressure Drilling) applications.
Running and cementing Liner Hangers.
Running completion and conducting DST operations.
Well control and well integrity management.
Mud and solids control equipment and performance.
