Required Qualifications & Vacancy Details
The following positions are to be filled purely on a contract basis under the project pay scale (PPS). The maximum age limit for posts at S.No. 1 to 6 is 62 years, and for posts at S.No. 7 to 9 is 50 years.
Engineering & Technical Staff
- Executive Engineer (Civil) (PPS-8): One position is available for a senior engineer. The candidate must be a BE in Civil Engineering (PEC registered) with a minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience in supervising and monitoring large infrastructure projects. A key preference is for PMP-certified professionals with experience in MS Project/Primavera, GIS, and field surveys.
- Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil) (PPS-7): One position is open, requiring a BE in Civil Engineering (PEC registered) with at least 5 years of experience in the supervision and execution of infrastructure projects. Proficiency in quality control, MS Project/Primavera, and GIS is highly desirable.
- Inspector of Works Grade-II (PPS-6): This senior inspector role requires a DAE in Civil with a minimum of 8 years of experience in preparing estimates, BOQs, and supervising works. The candidate must be proficient in using survey instruments like a Total Station and have a strong command of GIS.
- Assistant Inspector of Works (AIOW) (PPS-4): This position has the same qualification and experience requirements as the IOW Grade-II, with a DAE in Civil and 8 years of experience.
Accounts & Administrative Staff
- Assistant Accounts Officer (PPS-7): One position is open for a qualified finance professional. The candidate must be an M.Com or ACCA with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in managing project accounts, with a strong understanding of public sector accounting and auditing procedures.
- Office Superintendent (PPS-6): This key administrative role requires a Graduate, preferably in Public Administration or Computer Science, with at least 4 years of experience as an Office Superintendent or Administrative Officer. The candidate must be highly computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office and Auto-CAD.

- UDC (Upper Division Clerk) (PPS-4): One position is open for a UDC, requiring an FA/F.Sc in the Second Division. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a clerk or record keeper is necessary, with computer literacy being a preferred skill.
