Required Qualifications & Vacancy Details

1. Project Monitoring Officer (PPS-8)

One position is available for a senior engineer to lead the project monitoring. The candidate must hold a BSc/BE in Civil Engineering and be a registered Professional Engineer with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). A minimum of eight years of post-qualification experience in project management or civil engineering works on development projects is mandatory. A strong preference will be given to candidates who have hands-on experience with project management software like MS Project or Primavera.

2. GIS Expert (PPS-7)

One position is open for a GIS specialist. The required qualification is a BSc/BS in Remote Sensing and GIS (4-Years) from an HEC-recognized institution. A minimum of five years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field is required. The candidate must have expertise in software such as ArcGIS/QGIS, Google Earth Engine (GEE), and Civil 3D. Preference will be given to those with prior experience in development projects in the Railways or other government sectors.

3. AutoCAD Expert (PPS-7)

One position is available for an AutoCAD specialist. The candidate must have a 3-year Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil Engineering. A minimum of seven years of post-qualification experience is required, along with proven expertise in AutoCAD, supported by a certificate from a recognized institution. Experience in development projects within the Railways or government sectors will be a significant advantage.

4. Sub-Engineer/Civil (PPS-6)

One position is open for a Sub-Engineer. The role requires a 3-year DAE in Civil Engineering. A minimum of five years of relevant experience is needed, with a preference for candidates who have experience in estimation and quantity surveying for railway or highway infrastructure works. A key preference will also be given to candidates who belong to the project area.

5. Assistant Sub-Engineer/Civil (PPS-4)

One position is available for an Assistant Sub-Engineer. The qualification is a 3-year DAE in Civil Engineering, with a minimum of two years of relevant experience. Similar to the Sub-Engineer role, preference will be given to candidates from the project area.
