Requisite Minimum Qualification:
- Masters in Civil Engineering (Construction Management/Transportation Engineering/Equivalent) from an HEC-recognized university.
Requisite Minimum Experience:
- The candidate must have a minimum of 20 years of demonstrated experience in handling large projects.
- Proven expertise in construction management, contract management, and senior-level overall supervision.
- Experience in a large urban area like Karachi is highly preferred.
- Must be proficient with international standards including Health Safety Environment (HSE) and FIDIC-based contracts.

- Responsible for managing and monitoring contracting firms executing various construction packages in a fast-track construction environment under strict timelines.

- The ideal candidate should be under the age of 65 years.
- The HR Committee of the Board of Directors (BOD) PIDCL may relax the age limit for exceptional candidates who are otherwise fit for the job.
