- Type your 13-digit CNIC number (without any spaces or dashes).
- Send the SMS to 8070 (primarily for Punjab/Nigehban) or 9999 (Federal/BISP).
- Wait for a confirmation SMS regarding your eligibility and payment collection details.
Method 2: Online via PSER Portal
- Visit the official PSER Web Portal.
- Enter your CNIC and registered mobile number.
- Fill out the “New Application” form if your data isn't updated.

Payment Collection & Digital Wallets
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has directed that all financial aid be distributed through Digital Wallets to promote a cashless economy.
- Social Protection Wallet: BISP is issuing free SIM cards; funds will be transferred directly to these SIM-based wallets.
- Bank Outlets: Payments can also be collected from HBL Connect, UBL Omni, or Bank of Punjab via biometric verification.
