Engineering & Project Controls

1. Quantity Surveyor

Department: Project Controls
Location: Reko Diq Mine Site, Balochistan
Qualification & Experience: BSc/B.Tech or Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Engineering. Minimum 2-4 years of experience.
Key Requirements: Mandatory IQSP certification (RICS/FIDIC a plus). Proficient in BOQs, cost control, tendering, contract administration, and project budgeting.

2. Mine Project Engineer

Department: Mining
Location: Reko Diq Mine Site, Balochistan
Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s in Civil, Mining, or Geotechnical Engineering. 1-3 years of experience in civil construction, mining, or bulk earthworks.
Key Requirements: Familiarity with CAD software. Responsible for developing short-term mine plans, coordinating bulk earthworks, and tracking production performance.

Site Operations & Construction (Operators)

3. Roller Compactor Operator

Department: Construction
Location: Reko Diq Mine Site, Balochistan
Experience: At least 4 years operating roller compactors (smooth drum, padfoot).
Key Requirements: Valid driver’s license, strong understanding of soil compaction, and ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.

4. TLB Operator (Tractor Backhoe Loader)

Department: Construction
Location: Reko Diq Mine Site, Balochistan
Experience: At least 4 years as a TLB Operator.

5. Dump Truck Driver (31t)

6. Tractor Operator

7. Senior Purchaser

Department: Supply Chain

Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s in Engineering or Business Management. Minimum 5+ years in Procurement.
Key Requirements: Proven leadership experience. Will lead procurement operations, manage a team, and build relationships with stakeholders and local suppliers.

8. Purchaser

Department: Supply Chain
Location: Reko Diq Mine Site, Balochistan
Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s in Engineering or Business Management. Minimum 3-4 years in Procurement.

9. Purchasing Specialists – Goods

Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, Economics, or Law. 7+ years in procurement, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
