Settlement of Land Records Project Jobs 2025 Apply Online , In a significant initiative to modernize and settle land records, the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has announced a massive recruitment drive for a crucial project in the districts of Dir Lower, Dir Upper, and Tehsil Kalam-Swat. Applications are invited from suitable candidates holding a Khyber Pakhtunkhwa domicile for a wide range of project-based posts, including the key roles of Patwari, Surveyor, Computer Operator, and Assistant.

This is a landmark opportunity for a large number of individuals to join a vital governance project on a contractual basis with fixed pay packages. The project aims to bring transparency and efficiency to the land revenue system in these districts, and the hired personnel will be at the forefront of this transformative effort. The entire application and screening process will be managed by the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA). The final date for the submission of online applications is August 31, 2025.

The core of this recruitment drive is the hiring of 91 Patwaris (SPP), a role fundamental to the land revenue administration. These positions are distributed across the project areas, with 31 posts in Dir Lower, 45 in Dir Upper, and 15 in Kalam. The role offers a monthly pay package of Rs. 60,000/-. The project is seeking either retired Patwaris with experience in Land Settlement or fresh candidates who have an F.A/F.Sc qualification along with a Patwar course and three years of relevant experience. This blend of experience and fresh talent is designed to ensure both continuity and a modern approach to land record management.

Complementing the Patwaris, the project is also hiring 19 Surveyors (SPP), another critical field position offering a pay package of Rs. 60,000/- per month. These posts are allocated with 15 in Dir Upper and 4 in Kalam. The role requires either a 2nd class DAE in Civil from a recognized institute with two years of survey experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field like Geography or Civil Engineering with two years of land surveying experience. A sound understanding of modern GPS/GNSS technology is a key requirement, with preference given to candidates registered with the Survey of Pakistan.

To support the technical and administrative functions of this data-intensive project, 11 Computer Operators (Scale-16) are being recruited with a monthly pay of Rs. 75,000/-. These positions are spread across the PD Office, Dir Lower, Dir Upper, and Kalam. The role demands either a Master’s degree in Computer Science with one year of experience or a Bachelor’s degree with a one-year IT diploma and three years of experience. Fluency in English, Urdu, and Pashto is also a requirement. Additionally, two positions for Assistants (Scale-16) are available, also offering Rs. 75,000/- per month, for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience.

“The settlement and digitization of land records is one of the most impactful governance reforms a government can undertake,” notes a public policy expert specializing in land administration. “It reduces litigation, enhances transparency, and provides a clear foundation for economic activity. This recruitment drive for the Dir and Swat regions is a crucial step in extending these reforms to the newly merged districts. The roles of Patwari and Surveyor, supported by modern IT staff, are the engine of this entire process. It’s a challenging but incredibly rewarding project for those who are selected.”

The positions are offered on a purely contract basis, extending up to June 2027, with the possibility of annual extensions based on satisfactory performance. As these are project-based posts, they will be automatically abolished upon the completion of the project. The selection process will be rigorously managed by ETEA, starting with a screening test for which candidates must secure a minimum of 40% marks to qualify. It is important to note that while candidates will be provisionally allowed to take the test, a detailed scrutiny of their documents and eligibility will be carried out by the appointing authority at a later stage. Any candidate found ineligible at any point in the process will be disqualified.

How to Apply

The application process is entirely online and managed through the ETEA portal, requiring several precise steps. Interested candidates must first visit the official ETEA website at www.etea.edu.pk to create a profile and apply for the desired post online. Before applying or depositing the fee, a crucial step is the CNIC verification through a NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Candidates must print an E-Sahulat token from the EATEA website and get their CNIC number verified. Without this verification, they will not be able to proceed.

After successfully submitting the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip will be generated. This slip will contain a token number, the project code, and the candidate’s personal information. The candidate must then print this deposit slip and pay the non-refundable test fee through the Easy Paisa app, an Agent Jazz Cash App, or at any branch of UBL Bank via a UBL Omni agent. After the fee has been successfully submitted, applicants must keep the original deposit slip (Candidate Copy) with them for their records. There is no need to send any documents to the ETEA office at this stage.

The online application form will be available on the ETEA website from August 15, 2025, and the final date for submission is August 31, 2025. Candidates will be informed about their Roll No. Slips via SMS, which they will then need to download and print from the ETEA website. The specific date, time, and venue for the screening test will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip.
