Sindh Education Department 1st January Jobs 2026, The Government of Sindh, School Education & Literacy Department has announced new job vacancies for District South Karachi under the office of the District Education Officer (Primary). Eligible candidates holding Sindh PRC and Domicile of District South Karachi are invited to apply within 15 days of advertisement publication.

Educational Qualification:
- Graduation (minimum 2nd Division) from an HEC-recognized university
- 6-month MS Office Certificate from Sindh Board of Technical Education / Trade Testing Board or any recognized institute
Age Limit:
- 21 to 28 years
2. Cashier (BPS-09)
Number of Posts: 01
Educational Qualification:
- B.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent (minimum 2nd Division) from an HEC-recognized university
Age Limit:
- 21 to 28 years
3. Clerk / Typist (BPS-07)
Number of Posts: 01
Educational Qualification:
- Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized board
- Typing speed: 30 words per minute
Age Limit:
- 21 to 28 years
Eligibility & Mandatory Requirements
To be eligible for the above posts, applicants must fulfill the following conditions:
- Must possess Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) and Domicile of District South Karachi
- Must have passed Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) test with minimum 40% marks
- Must hold a valid STS certificate relevant to the applied category (Graduation / Matriculation)
Age Relaxation Policy
- Age will be calculated as of the last date of application submission
- General age relaxation up to 15 years will be allowed as per Sindh Government rules
- Candidates applying after the relevant notification date will receive 5 years age relaxation, effective from 12 May 2025, according to:
- Services, General Administration & Coordination Department
- Notification No. (11-SOILS&GACD)5-64/2011, dated 02 December 2025
Quota Policy
- Recruitment will be made according to Government of Sindh quota rules and policies
Government Employees
- Candidates already in government service must:
- Obtain NOC from their parent department
- Present the original NOC at the time of interview
Selection & Appointment Rules
- Appointment will be made according to:
- Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973
- Government of Sindh Recruitment Policy dated 26 April 2023
- Shortlisted candidates must appear before the Departmental Selection Committee
- Original documents must be presented at the interview as per uploaded schedule
