Sindh Government Launches Pink Scooty Scheme 2026 to Empower Women Across the Province

The Sindh Government has officially launched the Pink Scooty Scheme 2026, an initiative led by the Sindh Mass Transit Authority (SMTA) to support women with safe, affordable, and independent transportation. The program aims to benefit female students, professionals, and daily commuters facing mobility challenges, especially in major cities like Karachi.

Under the scheme, eligible women can receive a free scooty, along with free 7-day driving training provided in collaboration with KFC Pakistan. The initiative is designed to enhance women’s access to education, employment, and personal mobility.

Who Can Apply?

Women who are residents of Sindh, students or working professionals, and holders of at least a learner’s driving license are eligible to apply. Applicants may apply through three routes: with a learner’s license, with a permanent license, or by obtaining a learner’s license online before submitting documents.

Documents can be submitted via WhatsApp at 0309-136 5354 or in person at the SMTA office, Clifton Block 2, Karachi. License applications are available through the official Driving License Sindh website.
