Required Qualifications & Vacancy Details

SITC is seeking to fill the following key management positions. All appointments will be on a contractual basis, extendable based on performance, and the maximum age limit for all posts is 45 years.

Senior Technology & Engineering Roles

Senior Software Architect (Tech Lead): This is the top technical leadership role, requiring a Bachelor’s in CS or Software Engineering and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Certifications in cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise architecture are a plus.
Senior SQA Engineer: A key role for ensuring software quality. A Bachelor’s in CS or Software Engineering is needed, along with 6 years of relevant experience. Certifications in Test Automation or ISTQB are a strong advantage.
Senior InfoSec Engineer: This position is crucial for securing the digital ecosystem. It requires a Bachelor’s in CS or Cybersecurity and 6 years of relevant experience. A Security+ or CEH certification is preferred.
Senior DevOps Engineer: Responsible for the deployment and operations pipeline, this role requires a Bachelor’s in CS/Software Engineering and 6 years of relevant experience. Certifications in Azure/AWS DevOps, CKA, or Terraform are preferred.
Full-Stack Software Engineer: This core development role needs a Bachelor’s in CS or Software Engineering and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. The candidate must be a full-stack capable engineer with experience in .NET/Java/Python, cloud technologies, and AI tools.

Product & Management Roles

Manager HR & Admin: This is a key administrative leadership position. The candidate must have a Bachelor’s in HR Management or Business Administration and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Skills in compliance, staff development, and office administration are essential.
Product Designer: Responsible for the user experience of the digital services, this role requires a Bachelor’s in Design, HCI, or a related field, with 4 years of relevant experience. Certifications in UI/UX, graphic design, and Figma are a plus.
Product Manager: This strategic role requires a Bachelor’s in CS, Business, or a related field and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Certifications in Agile methodologies and Product Management are an advantage.
