Qualification: A Master’s Degree in Education or in STEM subjects (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics).
Experience: A minimum of 10 to 15 years of relevant experience. A strong background in teaching Secondary Classes or managing a Secondary School is highly preferred.

Key Job Role & Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage innovative interventions to improve the quality of education projects and achieve desired outcomes.
Lead capacity-building initiatives for teachers and program staff.
