1. Technical Associate

This is a key programmatic role based at the Head Office in Karachi, reporting to the Project Manager or the Head of the Health Department. Two positions are available for female candidates between the ages of 28 and 45 years. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, LHV, Health Services Management, Nursing, or a related field.

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management is required, with a strong preference for experience in Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), especially Family Planning and postpartum family planning. The role also demands vast experience in training and team management. The successful candidate will have a sound understanding of family planning methods, national protocols, and experience in field monitoring and quality assurance processes. Responsibilities include supporting the implementation of project activities, monitoring service delivery at health facilities, conducting field visits, organizing training sessions, and analyzing service delivery data to prepare reports.

2. Data Management Manager

This is a strategic data and monitoring role based at the District Office in Karachi, reporting to the Head of MEAL or the Advisor for Health. Two positions are open for male candidates between the ages of 28 and 45 years. A Master’s or equivalent degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Computer Science, or a relevant field is required.

Candidates must have 2-3 years of work experience as an MIS or Communication professional. Key skills include interpersonal and communication abilities, expertise in database development and management, knowledge of IT software, and proficiency in data analysis tools. The manager will be responsible for monitoring program administration, providing guidance to project teams, establishing robust monitoring and grievance management systems, liaising with donors, and developing techniques for accurate data collection. The role also involves analyzing and interpreting large amounts of data to support program objectives.
