The Directorate General of HR & Training (HR&T), School Education and Literacy Department (SELD), Government of Sindh, has officially directed all related institutions to submit requisitions for the recruitment of non-teaching staff ranging from Grade BS-05 to BS-15. The directive, issued on November 5, 2025, emphasizes an urgent two-day deadline for submission.

Key Announcement Details

According to the official circular (No. D.G/HR&T/SELD/SJP-Rec.5-15 (Non-Teaching)/1-92/2025), all subordinate offices, directorates, and educational institutions across Sindh have been instructed to forward requisitions for vacant non-teaching posts. The process will be carried out through the Sindh Job Portal, which is now fully functional for recruitment under the provincial government.

Institutions must submit the following documents:

  1. A requisition letter addressed to the Secretary, SELD.
  2. A duly signed and countersigned Vacancy Proforma by the DDO and Appointing Authority.
  3. Attested copies of relevant pages from Budget Book Vol-III indicating sanctioned posts.
  4. Recruitment Rules applicable to the said posts.

The data must be sent both in soft copy (via WhatsApp at 0331-3521995) and hard copy to the office of the Director General HR & Training, located at the Old Principal’s Bungalow, opposite DJ Science College, Pakistan Chowk, Karachi.

Strict Two-Day Deadline

The circular sets a firm two-day deadline for compliance, urging all heads of institutions to treat the matter as a top priority. Any delay or negligence will make the concerned head of the institution personally responsible.

Purpose of the Initiative

The Sindh government’s initiative aims to streamline the hiring process for non-teaching staff across educational institutions. By activating the Sindh Job Portal, the Education Department intends to make recruitment transparent, merit-based, and accessible for all candidates in Sindh.

This move will not only fill long-pending administrative and support vacancies but also strengthen the overall functionality of schools, colleges, and education-related offices under the SELD umbrella.

The directive is signed by Mr. Kishore Kumar Narwani, Director (HR/FP Sindh Job Portal), on behalf of the Directorate General of HR & Training, SELD. It has been circulated to 19 major directorates and project heads across the province for immediate implementation.
