SPHF Janaury 2026 List
SPHF Janaury 2026 List, The Sindh Peoples Housing for Flood Affectees (SPHF) program has released updated survey lists for 2026 to facilitate families displaced by the catastrophic 2022 floods. This initiative, backed by the World Bank and the Government of Sindh, aims to reconstruct approximately 2.1 million houses across the province.

SPHF Status Check
Important Information:
- CNIC must be entered in correct format.
- SPHF status updates may take time.
- Due to high traffic, delays may occur.
- Please try again later if status is unavailable.

Installment & Payment Structure
Funding is released in a phased manner to ensure homes are built using resilient techniques:
- Plinth Level: Issued after foundation completion.
- Lintel Level: Released once walls and the main structure are verified.
- Roof Level: The final payment for completion.

Why a Name Might Be Missing
If a CNIC does not appear in the online database, it may be due to:
- Incomplete Surveys: The dynamic household survey was not finalized.
- Land Record Issues: The CNIC must be linked to verified land records via sindhzameen.gos.pk.
- Pending Inspection: Damage assessment is still undergoing field verification.
Beneficiaries are urged to avoid paying any “fees” to agents, as the SPHF registration and inspection processes are entirely free of cost.
How to Check the SPHF Survey List
Beneficiaries can verify their status through the following official channels:
- Online Portal: Visit sphf.gos.pk and enter your 13-digit CNIC without dashes in the beneficiary portal to see if your record is approved.
- Mobile App: The “SPHF – Resilient Housing” app on Google Play allows users to track inspection progress and construction stages directly.
- District Offices: Beneficiaries may also visit local SPHF field offices or contact implementation partners like NRSP, TRDP, or HANDS for physical list verification.
